LOCATION: Boston, Massachusetts

DESCRIPTION: The R&D at Palagio and the coordination with the Precaster, the General Contractor, Consultants, Engineer and Designer teams, made this project possible, maintaining the overall concept visualized with a Terracotta facade. The Terracotta installation with a structural precast tecnique instead of the original Rainscreen application on the jobsite save the community considerable money and time without effecting the final result.
